Responsible Gaming at btv99

🎯Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At btv99, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core value woven into everything we do. As Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, we are committed to ensuring our players can enjoy cricket betting, slots, live casino, and crash games in a safe and controlled environment. We provide clear information, practical tools, and accessible support so that every player stays in command of their experience.

Gambling at btv99 is designed to be entertainment — a way to enjoy your favourite sports and casino games alongside millions of other Bangladeshi players. However, we recognise that for some people gambling can become a problem. That is why we actively promote responsible gaming practices and encourage every player to use the protective tools available on our platform.

⚠️Understanding Problem Gambling

Problem gambling is when betting activity begins to have a negative impact on a person's finances, mental health, personal relationships, or professional life. It can develop gradually and may not always be easy to recognise in yourself. At btv99, we take this seriously and want every player in Bangladesh — from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Khulna — to be informed and empowered.

Common signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include:

• Spending more money on gambling than originally planned
• Chasing losses by placing more bets after a losing streak
• Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities to gamble
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
• Borrowing money or selling valuables to fund gambling
• Lying to family and friends about the extent of your gambling activity

🎮How to Stay in Control

Staying in control of your gambling activity is straightforward when you follow a few simple principles. btv99 recommends all players — whether you are betting on the BPL from Dhaka, enjoying live casino from Chittagong, or spinning slots in Sylhet — to keep these habits in mind:

• Set a strict budget before you start each session and stick to it, regardless of wins or losses.
• Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a financial strategy or investment.
• Take regular breaks — step away from the screen every 30-60 minutes.
• Never gamble when you are drunk, upset, stressed, or making decisions based on emotion.
• Balance your time — ensure gambling does not replace social activities, hobbies, exercise, or family time.

Remember: winning is never guaranteed. Every game on btv99 — from cricket betting to slots — has a house edge. The RNG (Random Number Generator) used across our casino games ensures outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Play for fun, not for profit.

🔞Protecting Minors — Under-21 Policy

btv99 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering, depositing, or participating in any form of gambling on our platform. This is non-negotiable and is enforced through our account verification process. Players are required to confirm their age during registration, and our team may request supporting documents including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor may have accessed btv99, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay. We also encourage families to use device-level parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

💬Getting Help & Support

If you believe your gambling has become a problem or is heading in that direction, the most important step is to ask for help. btv99's support team is available 24/7 and responds within 2 hours. You can request self-exclusion, deposit limits, a full account review, or just talk to someone confidentially about what you are experiencing. There is no judgment — we are here to help every player in Bangladesh stay safe.
